Possibility to work with bags up to 25 kg in the extruded feed, reaching a maximum production of 20,000 kg / h.

Considering pelleted or mashed feeds, it is possible to work with sacks up to 40 kg. In this way, the production capacity of the palletizing system reaches up to 32,000 kg / hour.

Maximum productive capacity of 12,000 kg / hour, considering bags of 15 Kg.

Included in the supply of the whole line conveyor belts for feeding the robot, conveyor belts for pallets already ready, necessary guardrails, sensors and also control panels with PLC and HMI for operation.

Automated drives with servo control, guaranteeing greater level of precision and speed to the line.

Models with 1 or 2 bag entries - to receive 1 or 2 different lines. It can also work feeding 1 or 2 different belts. Option of magazines for pallets measuring 1,200 x 1,000mm or 1,500 x 1,300mm.
