Pre-Cleaning

Ferraz Pre-Cleaning can be used in mash feed, animal feed mill, grain storage or other industries with reception of raw material.

Mainly used to remove large* impurities such as rice straw, wheat straw, cardboard pieces, leaves and corn cob parts, Pre-Cleaning prevents failure and damage to downstream equipment on the production line, such as devices conveyors.

CHARACTERISTICS:

• High efficiency of removal of impurities, in addition to great varied efficiency ≥ 98%, as there are no intact whole particles or liquid material.
• High performance, small power, smooth and reliable operation, compact structure: occupies small plant space.
• Divided horizontal cantilever screen tube in the feeding zone. The removal materials are selected for the different combinations of the screen, offering great performance.
• Impurities that may come with pellets, rations or other raw materials must be reliably cleaned on the screen.
