REPROCESSING MIX TANK

Focused on making the most of the waste generated when starting the extruder.

Its objective is to reprocess the meal discarded at the beginning of the extrusion stage when the meal is being conditioned for the use of the extruder, in addition to reprocessing the first discard from the extruder (correction of the feed point), dissolving all the applied product. in the tank in a liquid solution stirred by the diffuser rotor, in charge of breaking all the larger particles subsequently filtered through a mesh, limiting the granulometry of the solution and, again, pumping all the reprocessing to the preconditioner.
